ABOUT ANDROS

ANDROS is the greenest and one of the largest Cycladic islands 2 hours away from the mainland port of Rafina, which is 20 minutes from the Athens airport. There are 3 ferry boats daily for the connection and there is also a helicopter service available for travel, leisure or emergencies. 

Sites dating back to 4000 B.C, ancient and Byzantine ruins, buildings from the Venetian era and the capital's beautiful neoclassical buildings are amongst other points of interest. Andros has a rich cultural background, with many art galleries and museums, including the famous Museum of Contemporary Art. 

Mass tourism never invaded the island so there are few hotels, yet many beautiful beaches (both organised and deserted)  and picturesque villages. Andros is a weekend/holiday house retreat, voted by the Telegraph, Conde Nast and more publications as one of the best Greek islands.

ABOUT OUR TEAM

The Andros Architects is a Greek team of architects with an international educational background with a combined 40 years experience of design and construction mainly on the island of Andros. Today nearly 50 projects later, we continue to produce unique houses on prime sites.

We deal from the design and construction of simple cycladic houses to complex residences and renovations of old buildings.
